How do I get started?
Download PoweredQuip from the App Store, sign up with your business email, and complete the onboarding flow. We walk you through business profile setup, service catalog, and your first quote — about 10 minutes total.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete My Account. Type "DELETE" to confirm. Your account is logged out immediately and all data is permanently purged after a 30-day grace period. To restore during the grace window, email us at support@poweredquip.com.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Open the app → Settings → Account & Privacy → Export My Data. You'll receive a JSON file containing all your business profile, customer records, invoices, payments, and AI conversation history.
What platforms does PoweredQuip support?
iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android, and web at app.poweredquip.com. Your data syncs across all platforms automatically.
Is my customer data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Payment data is tokenized and stored by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers. CRM data is hosted on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls and monitoring.
