Getting started
Yes. PoweredQuip was built for landscapers — most of whom would rather be on a mower than at a laptop. Onboarding is a five-step wizard. The first quote goes out within 10 minutes of signup.
About 10 minutes from signup to your first sent quote. Importing existing clients adds 5 minutes if you have a CSV.
The map needs a connection to load satellite imagery. Once a property is loaded, you can draw, save, and edit zones offline. Sync happens when you're back on signal.
Yes. The crew app is the same login and runs on any phone. Check-ins, before/after photos, route nav, and customer notes are all designed for one-handed use.
Pricing
Starter is $49/year (annual only) for up to 25 clients. Classic Pro is $35/mo or $299/year and has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
No. Stripe charges its standard rate (2.9% + 30¢). We do not add a platform fee on top, unlike some competitors who add 0.75% or more.

QuickBooks two-way sync is coming soon. We'll notify Classic Pro and above subscribers when it's ready. Stripe handles all payments in the meantime.
Migration
Yes. Export from Jobber as CSV and upload during onboarding. We map fields automatically and flag anything ambiguous.

Support
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments run through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1. See our /security page for details.
