ABOUT
Built from the inside out.
PoweredQuip didn't come from a whiteboard in a startup office. It came from running a landscaping crew, using every tool on the market, and deciding to build something better.
From aerospace to the job site — and back to code.
Our founder came out of aerospace automation — the kind of work where precision isn't optional and systems have to be engineered right the first time. While pursuing a Master's in Computer Science with an AI focus, he started a landscaping business and used every tool the industry had to offer. Jobber. Yardbook. Spreadsheets. Three apps duct-taped together at 9 PM on a Sunday. None of them were built for how landscaping actually works — the measurement, the weather reroutes, the seasonal swings, the recurring jobs. The gap was too obvious to ignore. So he built PoweredQuip: AI-powered software that takes a landscaping business from first lead to final invoice.
How we build.
Tested on a real crew
Every feature is validated on an active landscaping business before it ships. If it doesn't hold up on a real Wednesday, it doesn't ship.
Built around landscaping's rhythm
Measurement, weather reroutes, seasonal cleanups, recurring mows — these aren't edge cases. They're the job. Everything is built around them.
AI that drafts, you approve
We don't believe in AI that books, sends, or bills without you. The Smart Assistant drafts estimates, replies, and follow-ups. You decide what goes out.
Why we're different.
